My bike...Needs:
New cables probably both inners and outers, a fork service, a rear hub rebuild, pedal axle bearing kit, the wheels need trueing (after shabby amateur build 😳 , outer and middle chainrings could do with being replaced, rear brake needs a bleed, and both need a good clean, shifters are graunchy, saddle's seen better days, headset and BB could do with a re-grease probably...
Do it all now, and get it sorted? Or wait till the worst of the Winter's over, and everything is properly shagged out...

Do the cables (thus mostly fixing shifting), the hub (so you don't knacker it), grease the headset and BB.
I'd leave the rest,

get it all sorted before my birthday nick, it'll all need doing again after a weekend in the peaks 🙂
