2 and a half descents, some building and other general mincing - climb back up to cafe for tea and beans on toast.
More descents, crash and break front shifter leading to ill-thought-out use of granny ring condemning me to long flat spin in granny ring. Come Home - order new shifter from CRC and "a few other bits".

Haven't ben up there since before xmas.
was up there tonite , trails are nice and dry , still well worn , but you can get a good 2 / 3 hour or so loop out of it , say 5 out of 10 imo i shall be up ther on thurs eve if anyone eles is about.
