I want to run a set of revs at around 130 so was just going to get the 150 dual air ones and put in a spacer to reduce them down to 130. Any problems doing this? Is the performance of the fork compromised in any way if you run it with some spacers in to reduce the travel?

You're fine doing this and it's relatively easy to do at home if you're a reasonably confident mechanic. It doesn't affect the performance of the fork; you just set the air pressure correct for the travel.

There is also actually a small performance benefit IMO as the fork is sitting with more overlap between stanchions and lowers, which makes it stiffer.

Thanks geetee, I'll give that a go.

Also wondering if it's worth the extra cash for the RLT Ti over the standard RLT? Is the black box motion control that much better?

I think it is.

I have a pair for sale if you're interested - they're three months old, more or less unmarked. Drop me a mail.

BB, yes definitely from me, not to say Moco is bad if you have a limited budget, but BB is so much better IMHO of course
(and not even a pro rider, yet I can tell the difference).

Just about to this very thing this weekend. Already dropped mine to 140mm without any problems.

as for BB damping, it is worth the extra IMHO as well
