An easy pace short route tonight ,dusty trails and stream splashes. Jason managed to get further up the hills than last time and we bumped into Dibbs for a chat. A great destress from the office grind ,lovely evening too. Comments ?

Im feeling pretty good now , thanks. Im still down on weight but im working on that right know(mmmmm cake).
