Not sure if the cakes is luminous but I do know it's dangerous. 😉
It's near to Rhayader Mid Wales. Great riding when it's dry but can be a bit of a slog if it's wet.
Ah yes, got it now - the submerged track. Quite perverse fun in a wet winter looking for some dry bits! Cheers
