What a lovely day it was today . Blue skies and good company made for a classic day on the hils. We spent loads of time clearing fallen trees and branches out of Slaughterhouse combe ! Bacon rolls allround at the grub wagon then cruched the pedals back to the carpark. Tomorrow Im going to leave the bike at home and do some more clearing on foot. Comments ?

Thanks for your work. All those people who clear trails for the majority who don't, respect to you.

chimney too is now cleared, well that big ass tree is still there, but hunker down and it's fine, not like it's on a technical bit.
On the ride back too and from LH there was actual dust, awesome!
Proper giggle today, thanks guys, the longest 17 mile ride of my life but some of the best company in quite a while..

If you lot must know I honed my riding skills on the ridgeway near swindon.

Anyway I was exploring the extremities of my performance envelope (at a walking pace)

OK I blew it cos I is crap

Good to be out though
