I think I could safely beat the time of 1.5 hours from top to bottom 😀 However it is a moot point as I would not even get 10% up there!

Yeah, I'd give it a go. Looks like ridiculously grippy surface from the way he's riding it, but does look very doable.
45% though, that's steep. I think it would be fun.

Its pretty much a road? I don't think I'd try it with 23mm tyres though, don't think it would be enough.
