got a 9sp Shimano road mech on a nine speed mtn bike shifter on the DH bike

yes they have.
that was a question about 9spd sora shifter and mech on a 9 spd mtb cassette.
this is a 9 spd sora shifter with an 9 spd mtb mech on a 9 spd mtb cassette.
