Basically want to try wide than my Haven 711's- borrow (dont mind) or buy- but don't want to spend loads new if I end up hating them on the first ride. Hence the dilemma.

i have a couple of spare bars knocking about in the shed...not sure of the width though...when i get home i'll measure them up and let you know...

Why not get a scaffolding pole and cut it down an inch at a time until you're happy?

hora - i checked last night...2 bars came up shorter than what you already have and the other one is 720mm but has a crack near the centre so isn't usable...sorry

I have a set of funn 750 ones for sale for a tenner. 25.4 clamp though son will need a shim.
