doing a road trip (mtb'ing) at end of August and wondered if I need to book accommodation, or if I can keep things flexible and just find somewhere in the evenings easy'ish enough - what'd'ya' think?

Actually, just found the Kings Arms hotel which looks nice and also central, so just going to book in there.
