They have a pretty body hugging fit so I don't think a man's one will work. Is there anything out there for ladies? Basically looking for a little bit extra on shoulders and elbows in a lightweight tech fabric.

they stretch loads so only issue i can see you would have with a mans one is the chest padding they put in. however takes less than 10 minutes to unpick the stitching to remove the frankly useless foam, leaving you with just the shoulder padding.
