Looking at the 661 Recon helmet or the THE ONE F14
are these any good for Hard Core MTB

I've got an F14 and to be honest I'm not that impressed, the fit or quality doesn't seem the best. There's very little adjustment for the strapping (you can't alter the cradle at the rear) and I seem to have put a dent in it without the aid of crashing. If I was buying again I'd look at a Fox flux.
