Hello,
Just getting back into MTB again, just got myself a new Giant Talon 1 29er 2013, such a nice bike, anyway im after some advice!
Reference the above, should i go for the fiveTens or 661 filter SPD shoes?
Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm a big fan of 661's myself. I've had a few pairs. They're ideal for riding in when you're going to be walking around a bit too. ie: riding back and too to work. And they're uber-comfy!!
They will fall apart after 12 months guaranteed though. Just buy another pair then 😀

My Hellcats seem to be warmer and a bit more water resistant than a few of my friends 661's
Other than that it's probably only down to price and individual fit/preference

Do 661 still fall apart after they leave the box?
