[Closed] 4 person Tandem (if that's what you call it) hire

I know there's a lad in Lancs who hires out a triplet (for 3 people: one adult and two kids). Not aware of anyone who hires out a 4-man though

It's called a Quad. Very few makers, mostly US, and hence I doubt you'll find one here in the UK. Triplet and a tagalong would work for small children.

Comotion and santana make extending ones, where you start with a tandem and insert extra rider units. I think six or more has been done. But think of the wheels!
