As title please, I have for sale SLX 2x10 chainrings and a guy as asked me if they will fit on 3x XT cranks, does anyone know if this is possible, cheers

3x10, yes. Check BCD.
Shifting ramps and pins are meant to be matched to compatible ring sizes - printed on inside. Is he running them with a bash?

Cheers for raising the question.
They are modern 2x10 rings not the old 2x9 rings that I know will fit. The newer rings have quite a pronounced pressing to the bolt holes but I just looked up XT ones and they are flat like the 10 speed rings. Assuming they haven't changed the spider off-set for the SLX over XT then it should work. Will probably give it a try. Just need a 2x10 XT FD now.
