Bought a 2nd hand Maxxis lust tyre off here and although it looks in pretty good nick after fitting it it wobbles around like mad on the rim. The rim is true so what's wrong with the tyre and can it be sorted?
I have had a good clean of the bead and the inside from the sealant that was left in there so have I stretched the bead in some way? Any ideas?

previous owner may have some brands of tires don't like it if there not seated on the rim correctly and can be misshapen for good afterward.
