nononononono a 29er rim with a Fat tyre to make it MAHOOOOSIVE! say for example like the 3.5" 29er rubber I've got coming for a little project ๐Ÿ˜€

it'll come in around 32-33" It could be an expensive folly, but it's fun trying daft things and just now n then it's magic

erm, isn't a 29er so called because the outside diameter of the tyre is approx 29" (the rim is only approx 24.5" in diameter). So if you put a 4" wide tyre on you'll have an OD of more like 31" or something.

my bigboy should arrive tomorrow, so I'll post some pics and dimensions when I get it fitted and find some lifting gear to pick the wheel up.

rumour has it there may be a 26" version available as well, so i'm lookin into it
