Built up a Singlespeed for winter.
Set off tonight for a ride with my mates. Do the first climb no probs and then pedal makes a crunching noise and falls of it's axel.
They carry on, I shoot home for another pedal, set off again and meet up with the group.
Struggle a little all night with strange new bike, although ride everything.
Towards the end of the ride we descend a nadgery trail I built where I fall off twice.
Then realise my forks have been locked out since I raced back up the hill to catch up. Doh!!
So Singlespeed I like but you can keep your rigid forks... ๐
Oh thought you were a Stoke City fayn... ๐
And the Hobgoblin beer was defo past it's best!
On the plus side it was almost bone dry ๐
Worse, Bradford City ๐
Can't be. Bradford is at least a nice city, in a beautiful area. Stoke is a dump.
No I'm right though aren't I?
That's defo Bradford, city of culture!
On the plus side we have lots of woods on the outskirts ๐
Yeah, and places like Saltaire and that nearby.
Great curry houses.
NMM.
Great stone buildings.
And of course, the setting for one of the greatest cinematic masterpieces ever to grace the silver screen, the work of genius that is Rita, Sue and Bob Too...
WARNING: Very sweary...
the team should be sponsored with that films name on their shirts! ๐
