I've heard of Hope doing custom drilled Pro2s? Don't know how it all works mind.

I've got DT Swiss on Bonty Rhythm's. Nice hubs! And they just do all the hubs with an option of how many spokes you're running. Apparently

Hope are definitely the best/cheapest option. Last set I got I don't think even required a custom order, just ordered as standard off CRC or Wiggle.

I'm sure there's a Novatec hub out there in 28h. Have a look on eBay?

The Hope Pro2 is now available in 28H. I've just got a rear one for my On-one 29er when set up for road use, reasonably priced too from Winstanleys.

hmmm this got me thinking, I reckon I could get away with 28 spoked wheels on my SS, but 186/32*4=23.25 plus 4 and a bit grammes for nipples, so you're saving less than 30g per wheel, hmmm, not sure it's worth it TBH (unless there's deals on 28h rims)

Surprised it's that much actually, would've taken my Podiums under 1200g! If only they made 28h rims ๐Ÿ˜•

Surprising amount of "factory" wheels are 24/28 hole. I've read though they require high spoke tension compared to 32/36

I have a few rims, carbon and tubs which are 28h only - thus my knowing about such things. Otherwise I'd agree there is little reason not to have 32h.
