You need to measure the seat tube on your frame , that determines the size, not your seatpost.

depends on the frame (wall thickness of the frame material not the seat post)

Depends on the frame more than the seatpost; some alloy frames might have thicker seat tube - steel frames thinner.

If you check website for frame it will list seat clamp size
