or am I looking in the wrong place.

Its for an old Giant Dirt-e (2015).  The wheel is wobbly at the moment and fed up adjusting it all the time,  just a bunch of ball bearings falling on the floor.

Anyone seen any great deals out there or just seen one for that matter 🙂

Nightmare 🙁  I thought the whole industry was awash with suplus bits and bobs 😉

How cheap and what sort of usage - i.e. bimbling about or smashing rocky Lakes laps?

At the cheaper end you can pick up something like this for around £60. Also, don't forget a lot of hubs can still be converted to QR.

@frogstomp

Bimbler here. Hardcore Gnar in the local woods.... flatish leaf litter mostly.

I'll check them out.

Liking the look of these... but only really want the reat at the moment.

Have you tried Merlin? Think they have 27.5" Volare that have a link in description for bolt thru and qr adaptors.

Whats wrong getting a hope wheel ? I just bought a pro5 27.5" and it would just be a case of fitting QR end caps. or pro4, 9spd will fit on the standard hg freehub, or are there more parts to your equation ?

Where are you located. I have a Hope Pro2 HG 135x10 bolt up hub (fits in QR frame but uses Ti bolts with 8mm Allen key for more stiffness) I could build onto a Superstar rim. £90 collected from Gloucestershire.

9mm axle is pretty rare on rear wheels I should think.

Possibly look at buying an older XTrear hub and building it yourself, or getting a locak bike shop to do it.
