Anybody know of anywhere in the UK you can get these!?!?

only thing close I've found is the BingoBar but it doesn't have the upswept ends 🙁

basically want bullhorns on my hybrid, but don't want to lose the hydraulic discs, so need 22.2mm grip area diameter...
