[Closed] 2015 Canyon Spectral Bottom Bracket issue?

I have an issue with my BB on my 2015 Spectral AL 7.0ex

I have a spacer installed between the BB and crank (2.5mm) which is loose fitting and according to SRAM should not be there - t causes issues tightening the cranks but works if centrally aligned - without the cranks foul the frame.

Would appreciate some help, dontknow if it was this way from new but only picked up on it recently...
