Got hold of a 2013 anthem x frame set and will be building it up over the next few months.
The trouble is I'm not very familiar with the type of bottom bracket and headset I need as they don't look to be "standard" or what I'm used to. I've always used hope external headsets and hollow tech external bottom bracket
But it's all internal stuff with this frame.
Can anyone shed any light on the type of headset and bottom bracket I need and what are the advantages/ disadvantages of having these internal jobbys a d anything else I need to be aware of.
