He's not on here (that I know of), but I had to salute him. A mate from work, has just done 200 miles on a turbo trainer at work, for Children in Need.
13 hours. Top effort, you must agree. ๐
Here he is, 130 miles in, fresh as a daisy.
He did a 28 mile run last year. ๐ฏ ๐

You'd be bored to tears. I just did 25 minutes and that was more than enough.
Wow!!! I'm ready to never see one again after an hour!!!
I don't get the "200 miles" figure. If it's set on zero resistance, it would be a dawdle.
There is a sufferfest challenge to do all the videos in a day.
edit: actually it is just 10 vids back to back, which may have been them all when I first read about it.

I once did 2 hours 11 minutes on the turbo while watching the football. That was plenty long enough.
Hats off to him.
The 200 miles is irrelevant. It's the 13 hours of the most boring thing a man can do that deserves credit.
while watching football
that should have been sponsored

You've never been to a Free Church service then?
I'd have done that any day to avoid a certain manger in my last job!

I see your turbo and raise you...tax returns.
