Hopefully this works. This is hora junior's 3rd time on a balance bike/and at the BMX track here in Manchester if anyone is interested in coming. I think these sessions are really beneficial as already hes grasping balance without any means/help. The kid in the fancy top is 4 and has been there a while BTW!

Hora junior is already grasping 'balance' - the first few undulations hes keeping both feet up (proud dad) ๐Ÿ˜€

Could the future riding champs come through in the future from such early exposure to dips/etc on BMX tracks???

Can't wait to get my little girl on a bike but she's only 8 months old. Is that too young?

Most of the kids laugh like crazy/love it.

Its a safe environment for them to let rip.

Just a little tip. If you turn the iphone on its side it will actually record in 16:9 (Widescreen)... ๐Ÿ™„

Signed scaled Jr up to the velodrome last week. She's already pretty quick on her puky but just got her a strider for Christmas as the wheels are bigger.

Found out there's a bmx track at dainewell park in sale so she went down some of the bumps there. Made me want a bike to ride round it too. Would feel a bit daft on the mega!

Anyone got any tips? My 3 year old daughter hasn't shown much interest in her Spesh Hotwalk.

She's really good on her 3 wheeled Mini Micro scooter though which obviously involves gliding and balancing too. I suspect since was already proficient on the scooter by the time we got the balance bike that the bike experience is underwhelming. She likes it when I push her along fast, but on her scooter she is almost as fast as me pushing hard on my scooter.

Dez - he loves it - the flashing light on the rear is Oresum! (he has been rocking both the bike and helmet since BBB!)

Excellent! Will take our little 'un and his pink** Scoot over in January. Are there are any similar outside venues around Huddersfield?

** Blame the big sister, but the Joe Barnes Ben A'an vid keeps the balance.

Half of the people at the BMX/centre were Mums. You'd think it'd be a bloke thing but I'd say more than 50% weren't. The girl riders also appeared to be better.

My little man is 2 in Jan but he's been riding a Tinybike for ages. Someone posted a video of one on here, so I bought one and he hasn't been off it since.
