what chain ring should i use on my trail bike...im gonna run it 1 x 10 but im not sure what tooth ring to use?

I use a 34 - small enough for the climbs, never needed anything bigger for downhill runs

Just put a 32 on the Camber, 34 was juuuuuust about low enough but pretty hard work. But 32 might not be quite high enough, we'll see I guess.

think ill go for a 34...got a 36 on the DH bike so probs dont need that...34 sounds like itd be pretty good!
