Does anybody know the weight of the above frame, please (preferably in lbs and oz)? I can't see it specifically listed on On One's website, only an approximate frame weight of 2500g with no stipulation of size.
Also, am I correct in thinking this frame will be fine with my current 100mm travel fork?

it'll be fine. Mine's just over 5lb - about 5lb 2oz.
