How does it work? Do I use the hole in the BB to direct the cable?
I've disconnected at the lever and fed down the seat tube but obviously i can seem to redirect it up the downtube to the exit point.
Any advice would be greatly received.

Yeah it was easy, down the seat tube and up the down tube(?) and fish it out.
Took 10 mins tops
