I have some 100mm Reba now but am looking to get something with more trave.
Probably gonna be using them between 120-130 but they must be QR as i have standard QR wheels.
Am i better off looking at s/h Revs or something?
Sorry if this has been asked before but firefox won't let me use the search engine.
Budget depends on what you guys reckon, lets say between £150 and £300
Just bought some Tora Solo Air for £150 delivered with a free raceface headset from Merlin.
Fitted them to my 8 yr old's 24 inch. Seem like a good fork, good small bump sensitivity.
Can be set to 80, 100 or 130.
probably not Tora's i had them before my Reba Race so ideally something else.
Find a pair of Dual-Air Revelations in the classifieds (£100-200). Job done!
Apart from coil pikes (which you sadly can't use as they're 20mm), I wouldn't bother with anything else.
Fox do something similar but I wouldn't bother with them as they need significantly more TLC (the maintenance invervals given in the manual need to be much shorter because the seals don't seem to tolerate bad weather as well as other manufacturers)
Rev's it is, thats what i thought people would say.
Fox floats- apparently the 140's can be adjusted to 130 with a spacer
my revs with 110-140 mm U turn travel for sale in classified for £220 😉
ha, tony ive just seen them. Im just waiting to see if my 100mm Reba Race sell. Hopefully they will still be available.
COIL RS Rev
Magura menjas. I had a Pair. Plusher than Eva Longoria's naughty bits.
coil recons.
Not Fox lol
Menjas
Magura Laurins
Cant you just spacer out your rebas to 115-120mm?
They are 2008 Reba Race with a 2010 moco unit so I don't know? I wouldn't have a clue how to do it either.
08 spec Revelations. Assuming your budget won't stretch to 2010 Revelation Races, which are stunningly good and lighter than the old ones.
