I have a marin mount vision 2008 with 120mm travel on the back but only 100mm travel fox f100 rl's
I needs more travel up front but dont want to spend £515 (!!!) on a 2011 pair of f120's
anyone see any bargains anywhere?
can only find RS revelations for £320 but am worried the 140mm will be too much for my marin and ill end up wheelying up hills
needs to be 1 1/8th steerer and QR too and dont want to downgrade quality from the f100 really
or am I asking too much?
RS sektors coil U-turn 100-140mm £250 at CRC. just recieved mine.
I've got some Fox TALAS I'm about to sell if you want them. 2006 model but been serviced last year when they replaced the crown and lowers, so basically new apart from the inner working parts. 130mm.....

most (all??) rockshox forks can be adjusted for travel internally with spacers. I have done it with a couple of sets. so if they are too long you can shorten them. Takes 10 mins
