I've got a Corsair Marque and I'm running a 11/36 10 Speed Cassette and a 10 speed XT Crank [originally a triple set up but modified with a single 32 ring and Gammut bash guard] however, the chain keeps coming off the front ring almost as though a front mech is pushing it off only I'm not running a Front Mech! any suggestions/soloutions would be much appreciated.

You need to run some sort of chain guide or just a front mech with the adjuster screws set. I can recommend the MRP X-1.

Another vote for an n-gear jump stop. Works perfectly, costs £10.

The Superstar chain device is pretty nifty. Very obviously an E13 knockoff and for that reason it works.
