That's fine. I'll have moved on to a Fatbike by then ๐
well its the same size wheels
Both have been around for years.
Cx always gets bandwagon jumpers this time of year tho.
It takes a braver, fitter and more skilful rider to do on a CX bike what you can do on a 29er. Not sure all that many STWers would get more out of it? I sold mine if that's any indication.
Nope, not from me.
I've no interest in CX - if i want to do that i'll put knobblies on my Boardman Hybrid ๐
I've no desire or need for a 29'er either.
SS CX was what got me into rigid 29er SS. Bloody 'cross bikes.
I hope there can be some XC / CX racing overlap between the 2...

In Belgium the top guys (household names) earn as much 25k start money for the big races...
For people with a 26 wheeled bike wanting to go for another bike with big wheels.. i recon they would sooner go for the cx over a 29er. Not sure i would but i think thats what will happen. :::looks up at his 29er frame hanging on a hook awaiting its build::
CX bikes are sooooooooo 2 years ago

I've no desire or need for a 29'er either
Or long enough legs. ๐
