WTD: Hardtail frame

Looking to build an entry level hardtail so a friend can join us for xc rides and hopefully bit of bike packing. We have most bits for a parts box build. Except frame (and fork) 

Newcastle area, but can be open to elsewhere as I travel for work a bit.
