With my trained surveyors ear …. your basement stairs have a woodworm infestation. Take care using them. I am happy to come round and treat the infested wood for you….£750 plus VAT……cash only.

So here’s the thing with that lock , you lock a few bikes together at the pub , you stay in there longer than intended come out and the battery is flat , how do you not become the target for semi inebriated wailing and gnashing from said mates ?
I found that quite amusing. Must be getting old….
