Leatt Velocity Goggle
- Price: £73.00
- From: Hotlines
The Velocity goggle from Leatt comes in a huge range of strap designs and lens options, but you probably can’t get this combo as they’re limited edition. Still, they do feature the same cool features and Rose lens that is available.
Officially the lens used in the Velocity are tested to Military Ballistic Impact Standard (MIL-DTL-43511D) so they should give full eye protection from stones, rocks and other debris being thrown up on the trail.
The goggle features a self-draining frame design, dual-density frame for comfort and fit, an over the glasses fit, removable nose guard and a soft carry bag included.
While we won’t be testing the bulletproof claims we will be giving the anti-fog function a whirl.

The AMS frame protectors are great & regularly on offer at Blacks
LD Mountain Centre in the early-to-mid 1990’s used to have a Persimmon Oakley Eyeshade lense that had been blasted with a shotgun. Sure the mag adverts had the same thing.
Belinda Carlisle. Oh. God. The cheekbones!
“Belinda Carlisle. Oh. God. The cheekbones!”
They don’t make up for the worst voice ever committed to vinyl…
“it doesn’t way”-hey!
Yeah, I had one of those Oakley Blade lenses that had been shot gunned. I used to bang them in a frame and wear them down the pub now and then.
Yep reminded me of the Oakley shotgunned frames from the 90s
“stop moister making its way inside” hey again!
Heh. I was going to mention the shotgunned Oakleys that sat in all their display cases around 1993 🙂
Also, on smartphone mounts, could someone please just make a low-profile adhesive plate with a Garmin quarter turn lug on it? Saves buying into more proprietary clamps. It works really well, but I’ve always had to hack the lugs off of things to then Sugru them to the back of a phone case.
Belinda Carlisle; fine on mute……
So, £19 for a rubber strap? You must be ‘avin’ a larf.
The comments section has become boringly predictable of how much !!! Don,t buy it then
Berlinda Carlisle might not be you favourite but sweet Jesus of baby nazereth she’s far from the worst singer I’ve ever heard so why say such nonsense ………
Yeah what is all this belinda can’t sing? Bombing along in my lancia coupe, dial turned to 11 loving it. Shame. On you!
One comment on cost out of 13 Bud. Chill out, and I won’t be buying, cheers.
That Amazfit T-Rex looks good for the price.
Anyone know when and where it’ll be available?
My TomTom Spark battery is on its way out so looking for an alternative.
What happened to the mystery box from last week?
