Video: LederBROsen – Danny MacAskill and Martin Söderström In Germany

Danny’s actually broken at the moment (see below), but it’s that time of year when everyone is going through their footage and there’s still plenty of good video to come. This summer, Danny did a road trip with Martin Söderström. If you’ve ever wanted to see Danny manual all the way down one of the supports for the Alexanderplatz Radio Tower, or Martin flair a steep cobbled bank, this is definitely for you:

Well it’s been a while…. I took a bit of tumble off the trials bike around a week ago and it turns out I have broken my knee cap. Nothing complicated though so should be back in action soon enough. Big shout out to @pocsports knee pads without them it would have been a heck of a lot worse!!! Think it’s time to start planning the next project 😉

David Hayward

David started mountain biking in the 90’s, by which he means “Ineptly jumping a Saracen Kili Racer off anything available in a nearby industrial estate”. After growing up and living in some extremely flat places, David moved to Yorkshire specifically for the mountain biking. This felt like a horrible mistake at first, because the hills are so steep, but you get used to them pretty quickly. Previously, David trifled with road and BMX, but mountain bikes always won. He’s most at peace battering down a rough trail, quietly fixing everything that does to a bike, or trying to figure out if that one click of compression damping has made things marginally better or worse. The inept jumping continues to this day.
