Absolute Black is back with more light and sexy
The British/Polish team at Absolute Black aren’t the least bit shy about the virtues of their latest offering:
The lightest and most refined solution for Cannondale Hollowgram cranks, period. Hollowgram spiderless chainrings allow for flawless 1×9/10/11 drivetrain setup. Reliable, extremely light, stiff and clean looking on the bike [with a] better chainline compared to other “flat” ring offerings.
That and they’re pretty.
As with the rest of the Absolute Black range, the narrow/wide chainring is designed in the England and CNC-machined in Poland. The company is so confident in its tooth geometry that they recommend ditching the chain device altogether and are offering a guaranteed “minimum 12 months of excellent chain retention capabilities”- quite possibly an industry first. Consumer-direct sales keep pricing reasonable, especially for an EU-made product: £54/$75 in even sizes from 28t-34t.

Like that Sir, like it a lot
Does it come in pink? It’s the new noir.
I’ve got one of their narrow/wide-thick/thin-whatever chainrings. It’s never dropped a chain. Well impressed.
