If I hadnt just renewed my tenancy for a year I’d have bitten your arm off! 🙁
Any where to keep bikes or is the landlord not bike friendly?
Can someone please explain to me why I’m living+working in Watford, paying Watford rates for renting, and have no decent riding terrain when I could be in Todmorden?
rOcKeTdOg: The 2nd bedroom is clearly for bikes. Bikes have to sleep, too.

I’d have thought the master bedroom would be better, with the on-suite to clean them in.
Does that included a premier sub?
hand delivered too 🙂
That’s a fantastic looking place. Nice
I’m used to London prices. I’m crying right now!
It’s cheap oop north
Lost boy, you’ve never looked at property prices in Harrogate, have you? I’m paying the same as that for a 1 bed basement appt in Harrogate. 🙁
Cheap oop North?? You can get a 3 bed house with garden and ORP for less than that here in the Forest of Dean! Mind you, we’re not as posh as that around here 😉
if i was single i would be all over that, although i wouldnt say it has great commuter links as Tod is a bit of a back water 😀
35 mins to manchester Victoria. 40 mins to leeds. train station 5 mins walk away. Shortly the direct connection through to Burnley, Blackburn, Preston will be opened up once the work (announced in the last budget) has been finished. 20 mins drive to the M62. 25 mins to M65. It’s pretty good really.
who died?
email sent re: dining table

ermm. Isn’t Todmorden under water at the moment … ?
Shh, anthem. They’ll put the rent up for the indoor pool!
It’s not a groundfloor flat 🙂
Does it come with a key for the downstairs bike storage facility?

Thats for a cupboard with a bog in it.
I miss the north, wasnt that long ago they were selling houses Buy 1 get 1 free in Newcastle..
I would have to have a bike cull and thats not an option lol
Thought Tod was the consolidation prize for winning the war of the roses! PS I live there and it’s got the best easy to get to trails and rails.
