Yoghurt over a good museli sprinkled with chopped and grated nuts and cocnut which have just come out from under the grill (the nuts and coconuts that is!) is quite a treat.

My dogs love yoghurt, second to prawn crackers, not far behind naan bread.

One of my favourites; thick toast(cut your own not pre-sliced), smoked salmon covering it, add a soft yoke poached egg, then hollondaise sauce over that, and a mug of tea on the side! Repeat if you are feeling really decadent..

    Mince and tatties.
    Fillet steak with pepper sauce.
Pan size wild brown trout whipped straight out of a Scottish burn and grilled with butter, salt and pepper.
    Giraffe's knee caps on toast.

I might have made one of these up.

Venison Wellington with veggie haggis instead of the mushrooms around the meat… or eggs benedict… or a carefully done Lamb Shank….
