Just won an item paid for it immediately, as you do. Just received an email from the seller saying that he has had a better offer from another buyer who did not have time to bid and does not wants to sell the item to him.Tw*T (not in the rules at all) He is willing to refund but this is not the point.

Yes you do. Report to eBay. It will probably end up with you getting refund and him not sending you the item if he is a proper arse, but at least they will get a strike on their account and i imagine some shitty feedback from yourself.

I had it when i brought a car, ebay didnt care at all, because its not up to then to force them to sell

Tell them to refund you but not to expect + feedback and that you will also be reporting them to Ebay.

the seller is probably tyring to sqeeze some more cash from you , tell em to stick it.
