    this is on a prophet,

    frame is 68mm,

    do i need to use 2x 2.5mm spacers on the drive side and 1x on the non drive side?

    Are you still running the front mech?

    If yes it is an 'e' type mech which fits around the BB and counts for one drive side spacer.
