So i came to taking my front wheel off to find that the bolt was pretty much rounded. Unfortunately, you have to use an Allen key to undo it.

I undid the pinch bolts on the lowers and i still can’t get the axle to budge.

Can anyone help please?

Slot it with a dremel to use a screwdriver, araldite an Allen key and hope it holds, drill it out using the good bolt as a guide to drill size?

Use a torx bit tapped gently into the rounded head, works every time

always use a bigger hammer

The rounding might only be at the end of the bolt. The Allen key can be inserted all the way in can it not? Surely its not rounded that far in?
