Wingnut themselves will ship. Work out pretty expensive though.

I got mine from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op, didn't seem to be any great hassle other than a two week wait or so.
Oh, and good choice, my MPS has been fantastic, but don't fill it to bulging, the zips have obviously been chosen with light weight in mind.
It also benefits from an extra strap running between the frame and the bag itself, and around your chest (underneath the sternum strap). This makes a huge difference to the stability of the bag over bumps and jumps.
