    Following on from my previous thread, if I've copy (genuine) of XP is there a limit to the number of PC's I can install it on? Been used on 2 so far (I think).

    Depends on the license type. Unless its a corporate or volume license then usually just the one. Seeing as its XP tho i imagine you could get away with putting it on several machines with no harm. Still piracy tho 😉

    A. No, Windows is licensed per device (or machine). This means you need one licence for each device that it is installed on. If you want to install Windows on a second machine, you would need to buy boxed software or buy a new machine with Windows 7 pre-installed.
