  • Windows 7 Parental Control – Time Allowance Controls?

I know you can set when accounts can access the computer, but I want to be able to have time allowances – say 30 mins per day for each child account, irrespective of when they want to use it.
Are there any recommended utilities to do this in Windows 7? I know it’s a feature of 8, but I’ve spent enough of my life Beta testing Windows software so would prefer a work around or 3rd party tool.

I thought windows live essentails allowed you to set time limits –

    Windows Live Essentials

Edit: Actually having looked at it, i think it only allows you to limit what time of day they can use it i.e. only between 4pm and 6pm, not “maximum of 30 minutes”.

Norton seems to be doing the business with minimum fuss.
