They will work but you’re better off with a fatter tube.

See that’s where I get confused !
For example on this Continental Supersonic tube, I’ve got no idea what size it is ? 18/25 ??

Aye – that’s for 700×18 to 700×25. Ideally you’d want something a bit fatter.
