She's decided to make a load of wooden boxes decorated in all sorts of ways. Now it's my job to find ways of flogging them off. I know they'd be fine for Xmas presents (and it's still waaaaaay too early for those thoughts) but how do you sell arty, supposedly practical, stuff? We live in a well-to-do area, should we just flood the neighbours with flyers? Any other ideas? Please, help, otherwise she'll print a couple of thousand of flyers which I will be told to deliver by hand.
    Cheers!

Can't you just buy them yourself (tell her you've found a buyer who's keen to have the lot) and then just dump them on a charity shop ?

Save them for the next STW witch hunt and then "BURN 'EM" 😆

Craft fayres, car boots, Ebay, school fetes, market stall?

Think the flyers will just be a waste of time and effort. What do these boxes look like, pics?

I've bought some decorated boxes over the years and found them in tat shops, the sort that does the obscure items you though you never wanted or needed.

They do sell but not for much, though if you're in a well to do area, no doubt the locals will over the odds for tat.

    market stall?

Hairychested said that he lives in a "well-to-do area" ………. what would the neighbours say if they saw him working on a market stall ?

    ……….think man 😐

We're trying to get a stall at the local Town Market but they have a waiting list.
Ebay? Costly and lottery-like in my experience.
Fares and boot sales are what I have been thinking of.
    Thanks.
