Why does adding 20 to 50mm to the end of a set of bars add £20 to £50 to the price?

Because it makes you go faster and therefore you want it more?

it’s all about leverage and moments of inertia meaning they need something burlier to cope.

I always thought a moment of inertia was the split second where you realised you were going to fall off and it was too late to do anything about it, but it turns out I was wrong.

The period of time you describe is measured in ‘ohnoseconds’.

The reason I was asking is I like the shape of some off the crank bro’s ones but where I ride the most is very narrow, between fence posts and trees etc. If I bought them I really don’t want to have to cut off the expensive bit with a hack saw 😕

Why does adding 20 to 50mm to the end of the name Crank Bros to a set of bars add £20 to £50 to the price?

How many handlebars are there in a ‘set’?

Twice as many as a pair of forks.

Not as many as there are in a quiver? Or maybe 2 bars, left and right of the stem? Dunno really 😕 Did I pass the exam?
