    Why does it take the DVLA 2 weeks to send me a letter letting me know in one week they will process my V62 form and another week after that I should receive my V5C.

    …and that is after paying them £25.

    Why do I post something recorded/signed for that Royal Mail tracking tells me is lost so after 3 weeks I have to reorder and resend only for the first item to turn up despite royal mail tracking still telling me IT IS LOST? …and relax.
